We reached out to James just before the January winter storm for help with snow and ice removal. Once conditions improved, he and his team arrived promptly and did an excellent job clearing our sidewalk and part of the driveway, allowing vehicles to safely exit the garage.

At the time, we were traveling and had someone staying at our home to care for our dogs. Having the peace of mind knowing she could get out of the driveway in case of an emergency meant a lot to us.

James responded quickly to our initial inquiry, was able to come out the same day to give us a quote to remove the tree that fell in our yard. I have used Alexander’s Tree and Lawn experts for 2 projects. Not only does James think about installation of plant material but he is observant for potential drainage issues and insect infestations.
